    BIOGRAPHY
    Child of deportees, Sami Frey was raised by his grandmother.

    As a teenager, he enrolled at Cours Simon and, at 19, appeared for the first time on screen in Pardonnez nos offenses by Robert Hossein (1956).

    He gained notoriety in 1960 thanks to La Vérité de Clouzot in which he played the lover of Brigitte Bardot put in the dock – to the success of the film was added a scandalous affair between the two actors.
